  • Do you ship products to other countries?

    ABAC 2.0 only delivers the Product(s) in UK.

  • Invoice after your purchase on Abac 2.0.

    If you make a purchase on Abac 2.0 (b2bairshop.com/uk_en), you will automatically receive your invoice by email as soon as your package is shipped.

  • Can I still modify an already paid order?

    Once payment is made, your order can only be modified by ABAC. Contact us through the contact page, email or call our customer service.

  • What are the different payment methods?

    There are no options to pay by Credit/Debit Card or Bank Transfer through ABAC 2.0.

    You submit your order through our Purchase Order process.

    You will be required to submit a Purchase Order number to complete your purchase, and failing to do this when clicking submit will mean a Purchase Order number will be automatically generated for you.

  • Where is my package shipped from?

    All products on Abac 2.0 are delivered from our warehouses in Italy or UK.

  • My product is not functioning properly or is damaged. What should I do?.

    Please contact us via the Contact page. Our customer service will get in touch with you as soon as possible to inform you of what you can do to receive a new item (subject to available stock).

  • What does the Out of Stock status mean?

    It means that the product is currently not in stock. For more information, please contact us via the Contact page

Returns and exchanges.

  • I received my product incomplete, incorrect, or not as described.

    We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Please fill out the contact form for proper handling of your complaint. You will be contacted as soon as possible and we will work together to find an appropriate solution.

  • Returning a product.

    Conditions for returning products purchased on the online store: Your product was delivered less than 14 days ago. You can then return your order to us without penalty and without giving a reason. The product must be returned in its original packaging. You received an incorrect, inappropriate, or defective product. In the event of a return of the package, shipping fees are charged to ABAC only in the case of a delivery error, product malfunction, or damaged product. Please fill out the return form for proper handling of your return.

  • Problem with password?

    Open the "Forgot Password" page, enter the email address for which you need a new password, and click Send. Criteria to follow when creating a password: Minimum of 3 different character classes for the password. Character classes are lowercase, uppercase, digits, special characters. If you still encounter difficulties, please contact us via our Contact form.

  • How to use a discount code on Abac 2.0?

    To use a discount code on Abac 2.0, follow these steps: 1. Choose the product(s) you wish to purchase and add them to your cart. 2. Go to your cart by clicking on the cart icon or by selecting "My Cart" from the menu. 3. On the cart page, find the "Discount Code" field and enter your discount code in the box provided. 4. Click "Apply" to redeem the discount code. 5. The discounted price will then be reflected in the total price of your order.
